On legal matters, we provide:
- Legal searches re ownership and title, etc.
- Advice on how to deal with any title complications arising
- Administrative searches re planning proposals, etc.
- Drafting of all contracts
- Provision of English translations of all papers
- Supervision of the work done by the Notary [use of whom is compulsory in Spain]
- Advice on any particular Spanish aspects of the purchase
In addition, if you require, we will also provide you with:
- Arrangement of a structural survey
- Introduction to sources of finance
- Advice on the payment of costs and national/local taxes arising from the purchase

What we don’t provide
Although we don’t normally provide any of the following services, we can, of course, introduce you to people who do:

- Interpreter services for meetings with non-English speaking agents and/or vendors
- Advice on building or restoration projects
- Provision of estimates for such projects
- Supervision of such projects
